Welcome to the Fourth Annual Red Bank International Film Festival. After months of watching films, writing grants, and planning filmmaker appearances we are pleased to bring you three days of outstanding independent film. With screenings at the historical Count Basie Theatre as well as Clearview Cinemas, RBIFF is bigger and better than ever before.
